I was looking to purchase a dog from advertisement on website paid $600.00 was provided a shipping company and tracking number, 30 min. later was e mailed again wanting additional funds to insure. $1200.00 to $3000.00 additional . I contacted seller by e mail about charges or refund as was advertised on web page 100% and never received a response.
