This company is auctioning cars and using title loans to have it finance by the consumer. Now Since it is an auction, there is several things that can go against the consumer that the auction does not day.
1) You can’t go to the auction and start the car, have it inspected or test drive it by a mechanic.
2) once you pay them your on the hook for the car without knowing the true condition of it and they cover them selves by selling it "AS IS"
3) The risk. You may not know anything or a little about cars and make a desperate decision due to your circumstances your in and now be liable for a loan and a none working car.
4) A title loan can hurt your credit pay very high interest rates and is not disclosed on the website.
I truly believe that it is unethical to sell something to some one that they not have full disclosure, or have away to walk away from.
