I received an email in the subject line indicated, "Final Settlement Notice". The email indicated that his client ACS Cash Services is going to file a legal case against me in District Court. My total outstanding with late charges, interest charges and attorney charges has been reached to $1286.87 which is more than enough to file a lawsuit. It also indicates that documents are being prepared for the issue of summons regarding the mention debt. If I’m willing to resolve this case then they will provide me a onetime settlement offer of $432.45 to be paid today as paid in full with a zero balance. It indicates I will receive a legal notice at my address within 2 business days and to send the settlement amount immediately. If they don’t receive the settlement amount they will inform the court house and my work place and I will have to pay $4085.85 in front of the judiciary and the $432.45 will no longer be acceptable. If I ignore the email and fail to take care of the debt then all of my bank information at my bank, which they name along with my routing number will be seized thru major bureaus within three business days.
