2 people came to my home to sell me a security system. They showed badges that I took pictures of with their faces. They took my information me and my daughters social security number and was to come back later that day to install the system and that was July 24, 2020. They never returned and I called At&t to report them and no one has never called me back. They have mines and daughters social security numbers. I have pictures of the 2 people.

They claim to give you 50% off your direct tv or AT&T bill. You have to pay 50% up front and will not get a bill for a year.. You also get all of this guaranteed for 3 years plus all the premium channels for free. They do not want any money , but they are working a contract with ebay, so you pay with ebay cards.

Then some some unknown response code

I reported to RoboKiller then did nothing but delete

But they continued with other offers

“ we’ Been over charging you for 4 years again with no AT&T contact info

Nor have I had any contact from AT&T about any of this.

Twice this week I have been recieving calls from a recording going by the name "Erica" saying that our AT & T internet services will be terminated if we didn’t pay the bill on time. We do not use AT & T for our internet so this is a scam.

Email, looked official, from AT&T, with my correct account number, wanting me to log in to check the status of my purchase. I had to call the number I have for their REAL customer service to check on this because it was extremely worrisome. I was told no purchases are pending and it must be a scam.

I, unfortunately, fell for the AT&T say "YES" scam. I didn’t know it was a scam until after I read about it online.

I received a call from an (unknown number) male stating he was with AT&T customer service. I asked why he was calling me at 11 pm. He stated that the customer service is in AZ. I just happened to have dealt with AT&T the day before so I just assumed that is why he was calling even though it was so late at night. He kept asking over and over if I was satisfied with "Carlos" the customer service rep. Saying sure wasn’t the answer he was looking for and kept asking until I finally said yes, which he replied thank you for the information and hung up.

I got a call from someone claimed to be with ATT. They said that my account had some billing issues and needed to confirm some details. They stated they needed payment immediately or all of my services would be cut off. They asked for my social security number to confirm my identity. I am not an att customer and hung up the phone. I have gotten similar calls the past couple of days.

Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

I received an email yesterday 2-18-18 that said it was from AT&T saying that my bill payment had not processed because of an expired credit card. Since i do not pay my AT&T bill with a credit card I assumed it was a scam. I checked with AT&T online and via phone and with my bank. The bill had been paid so when I was talking to AT&T I let them know about the scam suggesting they notify their customers. Hope you can help with this also.

I cannot attach a copy of the email and I didn’t print it Now it only says "Please read lalxmzlaceqdie" I originally said that they were unable to process my bill payment because of an expired credit card. "From:AT&T Wireless"

Received a call saying my AT&T Wireless account has been suspended. The message indicated I needed to call to verify the details. I called AT&T directly at 611 and they said they did not call me and everything was current.

Received a call on my cell from my cell number. An automated voice said my name and that this is AT&T and that there was a fraud alert on my account and asked for my last 4 digits of my social security # and my personal pin #, before I thought better of it since I had been into AT&T twice in the last few days I went ahead and entered the last 4 of my social. I then thought better of it before entering in my pin and hung up. I then called AT&T and they confirmed that this is a known scam. I need to put fraud alert on my social security #, what is the best way to do this?
