“You are a finalist in our 2018 Toyota Prius hybrid giveaway”. Recieved a letter with a pull tab and a scratch off to match. The number and scratch off matched but they want you to call the number immediately to claim the prize. The problem is that 1. The offer was issued to my deceased father who died over a year ago, 2.
