These people call 3-4 times per day from different numbers claiming there is a lawsuit pending against me in my local court house. I have ran my credit and called court house there is nothing pending they harass me constantly. This needs to stop. I am on the do not call registry as well I am also mentally disabled.
Call constant 3-4 times a day saying there is litigation pending in my local county. They are liars. Refused to give me thier address but was able to google. I am also on do not call registry.

I received a call from a Sheryl Simmons claiming to work for Asset Mediation Management company based out of Georgia. She never said she was calling for a debt collection but instead immediately told me I owed money to a payday loan company Castle Pay. I recognized the company she spoke of bc I actually paid back the loan in full a few years back and was settled. She said I needed to pay what I owed plus interest. I explained that I needed an official letter with the information so that I could verify the information. She then emailed me a letter that was very fishy. The company info was not traceable with a google search. There was absolutely no trace of this company anywhere. There was a payment website that was in the letter so I went there to see the info that they had on me. The website is set up for automatic payment arrangements. Upon entering the information provided on the letter including the 4 last of my ssn, there I saw they had all my information except my address was incorrect.
