Type of a scam Debt Collections
I received a letter saying I have two bounced checks and owe $975.26. I have never bounced a check in my life. Letter says that I need to pay in certified funds to stop any legal action against me. Says I am currently facing bank and wire fraud charges. The phone number on the letter says 844 211 6193. I googled that number and there are other claims against it being a scam.
