Offered a neighbor to seal Asphalt Driveway. Asked if they also paved driveways. They provided a quote and asked for 1/2 up front. They started the work for ~ 1 hour. Said they would be back to finish leveling and pour the asphalt. They never returned. I was able to contact them by phone for about a day. All phone numbers are now all disconnected.
