Will come to your door, pressure you to make a decision, sign a contract without and estimate. The figure will be nothing of the verbal agreement. They are going around Davis Sq, Somerville, MA 02144.
After agreement, they will lay down some asphalt and go back out to pick up "more materials". The estimate went from $500 to $3000, and that contract had already signed for that large amount. They were supposed to fix a small hole, they were trying to lay down a fresh asphalt for the whole driveway, NOT necessary. When confronting, they will play stupid and say that " you signed a contract for this "
After noticing this as a scam and sketchy, we had turned them away. They will leave for that time. Will call and harass you to pay for the material fee of $1500. They will ask for CASH.
