I received phone call from ASPCA requesting donation. Phone # comes up as Los Angles, CA. I called ASPCA headquarters in NY & was told they have no branch in LA, and they do not make phone calls for donations. When I couldn’t accommodate them with an amount, they said they will call me back in a few days. When I tried calling their phone # , no one answered, just a message that they would call back.
