Ordered 2 pairs of Asics men’s running shoes from what seemed to be Asics Canada. 1 pair Asics gel-5 men’s running shoes and 1 pair Asics Gel Kayano 17 men’s running shoes. Total value on order confirmation was $138.00 Canadian Dollars. Payment was made by master card. Received a cheap bracelet with a declared value of $10.00 US funds on the customs declaration (via Canada Post). The package arrived from China. We were not surprised that it would arrive from China as many running shoes are actually made there. We contacted the email address on the website and also contacted the email address on the order confirmation. Both email’s were returned as undeliverable. We have put in a dispute claim with master card that has not been resolved as yet but believe we will be reimbursed. Also on the credit card statement we were charged $153.75 Canadian.
