Ashley Stones Jewelry runs ads on Facebook for jewelry. I went to their website to check out the company and everything seem legit, so I placed an order online on February 12th, 2018. I received an email thanking me for my purchase and then another email with my order details. After about a week my order showed as "shipped" per their website "order lookup" feature. I never received any kind of email stating it had shipped and according to their website, I should have. I finally sent an email to their support team via their website (Ashleystones.com -> Contact Us) it gave me a message saying it has been sent. But I got nothing in return. So then I emailed ([email protected]) them from my email and this time I did get back an automatic response saying they would get back to me soon. This was sent on March 22, 2018. I still have not heard back from them since then. I have sent a 3rd email asking for an update on March 26th, 2018 but then came back at this time. I have already contacted my back to get my funds back since the company does not seem to care about providing a service.
