I ordered a trial of Ascent Garcinia through social media on March 27th, 2017. I didn’t receive the product until April 1st, 2017. I opened the package that contained the supplement on April 9th, 2017 and wasn’t pleased with the product. I called today, April 10th to return and get a refund within my 14 day trial (as they were closed Sunday, April 9th,2017) and I was refused a full refund. The "manager" was uncooperative and useless.

This company claims they will send you a bottle of dietary supplements for the price of shipping. They then will charge your account 2 weeks later $79.95 for the price of the product without acquiring consent. You will then be signed up for a monthly charge. This type of scam typically communicates in the email that you are on a free-trial basis, when it ends, how to cancel. This particular product had NONE of that information. I was completely unaware about any type of membership sign up. There was no communication about it at all. When I contacted the company the representative hung up on me.
