So I went to order from this site and decided to call customer service before hand to find out about there 2 day shipping. When I called the number provided no one picked up and it went to a generic voicemail. I left information about my inquiry and hung up. So I looked up that number and located it

And I google street mapped it and found it was a run down house without no business sign no indication of business coming from here. When I looked on there website site the address given was entirely different 23937 Via Astuto

And when I looked up this address it is inside of a golf course called "the colony" this website should be removed and reported as a scam. I have still not received a call back and am very lucky I didn’t press submit order because I did type my credit card info into the slots but before I submitted it I wanted to call them.

Company withdrew funds from my checking account without authorization. I’ve called and left messages but had no call back. The company; As Seen On TV, is located at the Raleigh Mall flea market.
I did order from another subsidiary called New Easy As Seen On TV . Received the merchandise and my account was properly debted.
How did this subsidiary get my bank information?

Type of a scam Online Purchase
I ordered the Gotham Steel Pan after watching an infomercial on TV. They showed Chef Daniel Green endorsing the Gotham Steel Pan. The chef was showing how easy to use the pan, and afterwards an 800 number was shown at the bottom of the screen to call and receive the pan, along with special offers. I placed my order, even paying $12 for expedited shipping to receive the pan within 3 days. After trying for months to get my order, after trying repeatedly to call the number, which is no longer disconnected, I called the As Seen on TV website, and they have no record of my order and my order number is not one of theirs.
