I had placed an order with Artist Threads website about mid November and it said my order would arrive in 5-10 days, when it didn’t show up within that time I emailed them hoping to find answers. It took nearly a week for them to respond and all they said was it should be here. Since then I have emailed them numerous times, I have been frequently checking their facebook page, making posts on their facebook page (all of which get deleted), and have noticed that I am not the only one having this issue. One person had made an order early October and still hasn’t received her order, another private messaged me on facebook saying his order had not been taken care of either and he had placed it a month ago, then more posts from different people were made on their facebook page saying they haven’t received any of their orders as well and I’ve seen this now from at least 10 different people so there has to be a bigger issue than it just getting lost in the mail or something and its all been happening to anyone who has made an order in the last 2 months. Also, on their facebook page the address says 1011 Brioso Dr. Costa Mesa, CA, while on their pngage it is 936 SUNSET DR. UNIT A COSTA MESA, CA 92627. Thanks.
