Type of a scam Online Purchase
I ordered a product from Artist Guitar on-line after seeing a Facebook ad and received order confirmation by email on 2/22/20. My credit card was charged and I was advised in the confirmation email that I should expect to receive the product in 1-3 weeks. I waited over 4 weeks and did not receive the item. I reached out via the company email and received a reply on 4/1/20 stating that the demand was high and I should expect an additional 5-10 business days. I still did not receive the product. I reached out via email again on 4/23/20 requesting an explanation and advised to company that I would report them to Facebook business if they did not reply. As of this evening (4/27/20) I have not heard back from the company. I have filed a complaint with Facebook business.
