Received a call from someone named Crystal Lewis who then referred me to an 832 number and I spoke to Jennifer Saunders of ARS MANAGEMENT, the area code came up as being in CYPRESS TEXAS. Called regarding some payday loan from a company named SAGAMORE given out in 2009. I was threatened and was told a subpoena would be served if I refused to pay the outstanding balance. I did not comply as I believe this is a scam. Is this really a scam? Please advice
