Chris from Arbor Medical called on two separate occasions.
On May 2nd, Chris called asking about a back brace they had requested by fax on 4/16/18. A fax number of 683-5607 was given to the nurse. The nurse called the patient and was told she had not requested a back brace. Dr. was notified. He asked to notify the BBB.
On May 30th, Chris from Arbor Medical called again requesting a back brace for the same patient. Chris was notified the patient had been called and stated had not ordered a back brace. Chris hung up the phone.
