Type of a scam Online Purchase
I googled searched a phone case I wanted to purchase and this website showed up as the first website on google search. I went ahead ordered the case and got an email (which is automated) saying my order has been confirmed and that they will send me an email when the product has been shipped out. In the website they mentioned the shipping will take 3-7 days. It has been 7 business days I have not heard from them. I have contacted them through their website, the company’s email and an email they provided in case I had questions which is the email I submitted here ([email protected]) and I also messaged the company’s Instagram page and did some research and found the owner of the company ( Moe Maghul) messaged his Instagram also and he ignored all of them and did not respond so this company really is a fraud.
