This man goes by Randy Bryant, Jason or John Jackson. Informs you that repairs are completed-tells my husband to write the check to a John Jackson. Next day AC and Freezer not working, AC man returns demands more money but completes work, but the other guy (AKA: Randy, Jason or John) never returns. He texts and cancels. He then promises a rescheduled time and never shows up-doesn’t take calls. We called from our cell 10 times when we were waiting for his arrival and he never answered so I thought, I will call from our home number and he answered. said he was on his way-be there in :20. NEVER SHOWED. WE called police to report but they did not look into this and we are out several thousand dollars. His number is 704-614-4000.
