They call saying they are apple tech and they think someone is trying to hack your apple icloud account . I explained i dont have a account other family dose so they wanted me to go on my desk top or lap top because they could have been infected if family used my wifi and had i or they done any recent online banking.told me to push windows button and r at same time and tell them what pops up they will tell me what to do next. I told them i would call back they gave me a name and said ask for them they are in charge of my case.
