I needed customer support for some problems I was having with my recently purchased Apple Watch. These people posed to be Apple and ensured me my watch could be replaced free of charge. They wanted me to go to a nearby store and purchase an $50 iTunes card which they said would be refunded to complete the exchange. They gave claim #s customer rep Id #s and even explained product. All which was fake information. Once I told them I was reporting them they quickly changed their web address and number. The true Apple at Apple.inc confirmed that no case had been opened and that is not how they handle an exchange of the sort.
