Hello there, I’m not sure if this is the correct site, but here goes, I purchased 3 robots as advertised on the website for my grandsons for Christmas, they were on sale for well over $65 dollars for 2, unfortunately the robots that were sent are not what we’re advertised! They were for 3 year olds!
I am so cross and believe that I have been tricked into buying 2 robots that can be purchased for £6.99 pounds each!
I just cannot give these to my grandsons! And now, have no more money for to buy something else for them.
I have been in touch with the company and there reply is to say that…

‘Sorry, we are based on the product placed by the robot in the advertisement, but it is still somewhat different from the actual product. Please understand that.’

I don’t understand what they mean, is this false advertising? All I want is my money back, to buy the proper robot elsewhere!
