Type of a scam Online Purchase

Claiming free trial of Apex Lip Plump, had to pay shipping & handling. A month later I was charge $98 as apparently I had now signed up for a subscription that I never agreed to signing up for. All i agreed to do is a free trial paying shipping & handling. Company is a fraud. They refuse to give me a refund. I was not made aware that I had agreed to a subscription anywhere.

I found this product called Miracle Bust, through ads and promotion on Instagram. It claimed to be a "free trial" yet still charged $4.99 for shipping. I ordered the product on April 11, 2016 and did receive the product just a few days later. Next thing I know, is I was charged $64.99 by the same company on April 23, 2016. I did not consent to any more purchases, and haven’t even visited their site since then. The "purchase" is still pending and I am waiting for it to post so I can dispute this.
