Type of a scam Tech Support
I was trying to logon to a bank and got a message saying Microsoft had blocked my account. I called the number on the screen and they wanted $199 to fix my computer and then wanted another $299.98 to protect it for three more years. They got on my computer and scanned it and supposedly fixed the problem. I decided not to trust them and reset my computer to factory defaults, and reloaded it. Hopefully this helps someone else so they don’t get scammed by this company.
