received voicemail from a scott gilworth? of ap loan servicing from a number 424-789-6456 claiming they now own the service rights to servicing my mortgage loan (mentioned the correct bank) and ask that i call them back at 704-501-4832 to verify account detail in order to collect the payment. since i did not receive any such notice of a transfer, i immediately called my mortgage company to verify this claim and they told me there is no records of this. this is scam call trying to steal mortgage payments.
