While researching ways to get my aol emails to load onto my ipad, I came across this website that offered 24/7 AOL Support. When I called the phone number, a man named Sam answered (later I realized that he didn’t identify that they were with AOL Support) and he requested remote access to my home computer to help with my ipad issue. I realized that this seemed "fishy" and ended the call and the remote access, I am hopeful that he wasn’t able to access any info from me but I do not want others to fall prey to this scam.
