When I turned my computer on, I was warned of a bad virus and told to call the above number which was supposed to be associated with Microsoft. The technicians names I was given were Larry Johns and Alex White. They refused to take a credit card and insisted on banking information for $380 for five years service. I called back immediately to say I didn’t want the service and that I was stopping payment on the check. They ran the check through a different check number since I stopped payment on the original check at my bank. Now I am having to get a new checking account to avoid further losses.
