The website "Brokhole.top comes up via Google searches for products in the shopping tab. Their prices seem reasonable and they advertise free shipping and returns on all orders. Their website and interface all look to be legitimate, however they will not refund any orders once it is "shipped" meaning a tracking number is assigned. They ship & source out of China but thought order is placed and a shipping number is assigned, the product never actually gets shipped to its final destination. When you contact them, they say to be patient and that is is just awaiting customs. The product I attempted to purchase has been "awaiting transport" for almost 2 months. All attempts at obtaining a refund have resulted in an email stating "Hi,Your tracking number is LS280704205CN pls track it here https://www.17track.net/en Pls don’t worry, this is related to many factors.It may be that the website update is not timely or it may be that the customs clearance is too slow. But your order is still on the way. Thank you"
