We purchased Yes4All weights from this website and never received the product. We reached out to three of the emails that were provided for Customer Service including: [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected], along with attempting to contact their telephone customer service (which we never got through). We never received any communication from the company only fake tracking information for product that was allegedly delivered before our order was even placed and then for a order that was not ours that was delivered to a third-party. We attempted communication with this company multiple times and have received no response and now their website is completely pulled (see attached). The name on the PayPal purchase from the company was: George Ftynogiannis. This company is a farce and needs to be pursued for fraudulent activity.
We have copies of attempted correspondences and our PayPal receipt, along with fake tracking information, which supports our claim. Please contact us personally if this information would assist in prosecution.
