got a screen saying i had a virus, called the number which claimed to be microsoft, the connected to my computer and fixed the "virus" found out it was a fake, called they to complain and ask for my money back, they kept hanging up finally told me they would think about it after i told them i was going to report them to ftc, microsoft and bbb.
