I have been searching for an apartment and went to apartments.com and found a very great looking apartment and they guy said he was looking for a responsible tenant to take care of his property. I applied and gave him my address and my photo ID and he responded saying I have been accepted and if I went to a CVS and send him $700 security deposit via Money Gram and then he would send me the keys in the mail.
