Type of a scam Rental
He goes by the name Muhammad. Could change by call. His number is on a for rent sign on a townhome track in Rosamond ca. I called thinking it was a private rental, he fishes for income, family type, vehicles, employment, etc. he went far enough to try and get me to give up my current address. He says he doesn’t trust anybody and if you ask for info in regards to the rental, he deflects unless talking about sending deposits. $100 application fee, 2 months worth of rent for a deposit. Rent is said to be $1200/mo.
