Received FB Messenger message from Ann Brown (I am friends on FB with an Ann Brown, but this was a 2nd Ann Brown with the same picture). It says Logged in using a phone number from Nigeria, different from your FB friend Ann Brown. This person asked if I had heard about Federal government grant. I replied back I am reporting the post to the FBI and I alerted FB.
