i ORDERED PIT BULL MOM SEAT COVERS ON MAY 6 2020 MONEY WAS TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT ON MAY 7, 2020. I HAVE SENT ABOUT 10 EMAILS COMPLAINING ABOUT THIS. I FINALLY RECEIVED A EMAIL WITH ORDER # AND TRACKING # WHICH DO NOTHING WHEN I PUT THE # IN. i AM SO DONE WITH THIS. IF I DO NOT RECEIVE THEM BY THE END OF THE WEEK I AM CALLING THE BETTER BUSINESS BURO AND THEN I WILL TAKE IT TO THE NEWS CHANEL IN OUR AREA. I THINK THIS IS ALL A SCAM. I AM PISSED OFF AND WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a set of dragonfly car seat covers in April 2020. I recieved emails from them with progrgress of my order, then received an email it may be delayed due to covid 19. I have been waiting, I have sent multiple emails to them with no reply. I am very angry, these car seats cost me 75.00.

I purchased a set of dragonfly car seats on april 8. I have not received them. The company will not answer my emails. I will continue to try to find them. So angry! 75.00 is alot of money for car seat covers, but I really liked them. I have received the same automated reply to mt emails. I kept all my info, order #, and tracking #.

Animallovepro goes by the name of IMC Pro USA located at 12833 Chadron Ave Hawthorn, CA 90250. Phone number 366-848-1155. If you look them up on line you will see that they are a poorly run distributor of goods made in China. One employee. Annual business revenue of $27,976. Terrible customer service. Try contacting the post office to run a tracer on your package. I did and even though they told me they could not find my package, the trace must have spurred something and my car seat covers were delivered in one week, after sitting in Hawthorn for 6 weeks. I bought a bed set back in March and it’s now July. I’m not very happy.

I placed an order on May 1st and still have not received my order. Tried contacting them numerous times via their website, but only receive an auto message that someone will contact me in 48hrs and never hear back! Total scammers! Paid with PayPal and their contact does not work either. Seller info
