Type of a scam Phishing
When I answered the phone, the caller said, "Sally?" (my name.). I answered "yes" because it sounded like someone I knew who lived in Anderson, CA and caller’s name read, "Anderson C". After I said ”yes", he said, ""what time are we supposed to come over and do work for you?". I suspect this may be one of those scams where they get you to say ”yes", then use it to approve credit card charges, etc. Every time I call the phone number back, it goes to voicemail and message says they are unavailable. I don’t have any kind of work ""lined up"" and I know they have called before because I recognized the same odd quest., but have never answered ‘yes’ before (I usually ask, "who is calling?" instead).
