Type of a scam Rental
Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to look at my property – 1 bedroom apartment – 89 Dunfield Ave, Toronto.
My name is Ana and I’m the apartment owner. I had to move with my work in Vancouver where I am now and since I have a job contract here for a 5 years period, I decided to rent my apartment through Airbnb platform to earn some extra cash. Until now I rented it a few times as short term rental but now I want a long term rental (minimum 1 year contract or more if you want).
The apartment is fully furnished with all the necessary amenities (exactly like in the pictures). It has dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer etc. Pets allowed. The renting price for the entire apartment is $900/month, which also includes monthly utilities bill (electricity, water, cable, internet connection), so there is nothing else to be paid on top of that. The apartment is available immediately!
Before we go any further I would like to know a little about you. Also I need to know how many people will live in the apartment, for how long, and when you want to move in. I want a 30 days notice in case you decide to leave the apartment earlier.
