They have called 3x in a row. 2 times I answered and it was a recording asking for me by my maiden name, issuing me a "case number" and to consider myself "served." I could press 1 to talk with someone or call back 888-288-5346 (same number that showed up on CID). Last time I let it go to voicemail with the same recording.
I called it back and the person who answered identified to company as AMSG and Associates. I cannot find any legitimate information about this company anywhere. From claim reports on various websites it appears they are trying to scam people out of money for "payday loans." I’ve never taken a payday loan that wasn’t paid back.

says i took out an online loan for $450 in January of 2012, which i never did. then said the original lender (MacDevelopment group) has exhausted all efforts to reach me (i’ve never heard of that company). she (brenda daniels) said she is a mediator and if i dont settle with the original loan of $450, then it will be sent to court in the county where i live, and i will be paying a lot more than that. she also said she can not send me anything, and if i wish to dispute this then i will get all the information i need in the "discovery phase" of my court hearing, and i will be going to court in approximately 30 days. very worrysome….
