My mother in law tried to purchase a dog thru this company. She sent the money via Zelle, which FYI does not have fraud protection, and then received a call that she needed to pay another $650 for the shipping. She was originally told it was going to be $700 and would include an airline approved animal carrier. She has tried emailing, calling and nothing.
