Website advertise sale of puppies. We contacted via e-mail interchange and arranged to purchase one of the puppies. Shipping was stated to be free. We transferred the money and said they were arranging the free shipping. We then got contacted by the shipping company stating they needed an additional $900 to ship the puppy. They said the money would be refunded once the dog was delivered. Searching the shipping company the website was listed on a pet scammer website. https://www.intercontinentalfreightshipping.com/ This looks like a fraudulent site as well.
