Caller, Archie Waynewright says he is from American Sweepstakes Promotions co. And that I have won 7 million dollars. He wants me to send his company $1199 in order to receive my prize. His phone # is 646-312-7111. He says his company is in Las Vegas and totally legitimate. Is this a scam or not?
