I was contacted by Don Winter of American Publishers in Washington DC saying that I had won $950,000 and a Mercedes. I wired $500 on 6/7/16 to Rowan O. Roberts in San Jose, Costa Rica, then $200 on 6/8/16 and then on 6/13/16 I wired Orlando Ricardo Hobson $500 to San Jose, Costa Rica. All through Western Union. I contacted the ScamPulse.com on 6/15/16 and found out this was a scam.
