I purchased a pup on line and the seller took her to a delivery service. I never received the pup as they said it died in an accident while being delivered. They scammed me for money before the pup supposedly died. They continue to beg for money for reasons to return my refund which I was told was guaranteed refundable.
This is going on two months now and I’m out a lot of money and I should not have to pay to get my own money back which is 3,000.00.
They harass me daily to pay money or no refund!

I purchased a pet, the seller used AMERICAN Pet Airlines
They kept my puppy for a week and continuously requested money for various reasons. My funds were guaranteed refundable upon delivery of pet. Finally delivery was set and 30 minutes before arrival I get a message that their van was in a wreck 2 drivers injured and 4 puppies died. They were sending men to Indianapolis for treatment and burial of dogs.
Told me I would be compensated for my loss, requested $800 to receive it.
Then dropped it to $500. I told them to keep the compensation I was tired of the lies and money they wanted. I asked for just the amount that I had paid the was guaranteed refundable and they said I had to pay to receive my money. $2,650
I messaged them and said I’m done with you people you are scammers and I’m hurting from loss of my pet. You want me to pay to get what you guaranteed me, no way!
I blocked their number and don’t want any communication with them!
