In general this system is offered as a Rent to Own program they create a profile based on what your looking for they send it to you 3-5 days later. Once you find a home you like you mail a letter to them which is a template they have off their website. There is no other form of contact to the owners other then sending a letter waiting for them to set up an appointment through American Online Standard and they contact you once the owner replies. I have sent 21 letters 9 have been returned undeliverable mail by the post office due to vacancies. Once I realized this was not good I drove to one of the properites and I contacted the realtor off the sign that was on the property. He informed me the property had been sold 3 week ago which is the same time they provided me with the list. At this rate I will never find a home obviously this is a Scam! There is a $199 fee you pay to have access to these lists.which I am working on getting a refund. Save your money and avoid a headache this system just does not work!!
