Called # on invoice and e-mail and unsuccessfully you cannot reach a live person just a recording saying "due to high volume of calls a representative cannot take your call at this time"

Attached is your invoice you requested. Please be advised the settlement you requested was approved in the
amount of $950.00.Please fax us a copy of the check for the settlement amount by April 7th 2016 and the
balance will be written off.
