Im sorry, i put in a complaint already but i have another address. There are 2 different addresses on the e mails, im sure they are both fakes. They e mail you a-link to purchase things its americanhorrorstoryfanclub.com. they have a verry vague facebook and instagram page. No "real people" got anything. If they are a real company, i just want a refund.

I purchased a "free" shirt with only shipping, an additional shirt and stickers over 2 weeks ago. I was supposed to at least get a shipping confirmation. I e-mailed them about it 2 weeks later. They said they added my name to the "express shipping" and gave me a coupon off any further purchases, but theres no coupon code. They have apparently taken me off the e-mail list because i have had ni further communication.
