The e-mail says you’re AmEx Bl;uebird acct has been questioned for deletion and we would like you to complete an audit on your acount and sign in with the button below to confirm your information (which caller did not do). She called Delta American Express because she has a card with them and they gave her you the phone number for Bluebird/American Express. They said they know it is a scam and advised caller to report scam to the BBB.
