He stated I had won $4.5 Million and a new Mercedes that would be delivered to me by UPS in a certified check made out to me with paper work to give to my bank to proof it was a legal check. He said my bank would hold the check to verify it for about 10 days and I would be given $150,000. cash to spent until then. Then he said there would be a delivery charge of $1200.00 to be paid before the check was given to the bank to cover misc. charges and delivery fees.
when I told him that I did not have that much money, he said his company would pay half for me and I could pay the $600. and pay them back when I had the money. I told him I did not have $600.. Then he got mad and told me you don’t get something for nothing in the US, I said I understand that but I did not have the money. He told me to borrow it from the bank and I said I can’t do that.
