american bracing solutions is a scam company.the billed my moms medicare/medicaid insurance company for a couple of thousands of dollars.my mom is in a nursing home and they supply her with any medical needs she may have.she is wheelchair bound and walks a little on her own.
This company called her cell phone and talked into ordering knee braces,which she has ne use for,a back brace for somene in traction,which she is not and a neck brace.Like most senior citizens she said yes.by by the time the nursing home found the package,it was to late to return them and they had a recorded conversation of her saying yes.When the nursing contacted me about this I tried to call them myself.I hit 4 as the recording said to do for returns and leave a message,I couldnt leave a messege cause the mail box is full.
so i am stuck trying dispose of the items and the insurance company is out all of this money.This didnt just happened one to my mom but 5x.
