I ordered a quilt as a Christmas gift on 12/6. I received a confirmation email stating I would be notified when it would be shipped out. Payment was deducted that day for $64.90. I followed up via email on 12/13 as I hadn’t received any further update since my original order and when I attempted to get an update for myself via their original confirmation email that supposedly will allow you to view your order it said, "Oops, there something went wrong, this shop is not available." They did respond, asking for the order number. I sent it to them same day and didn’t hear back. I followed up on 12/14 and have heard nothing from them. I have not received a refund, or the product.
